Liana Baixauli, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Liana Baixauli is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with a main focus on women’s health and cosmetic injectable treatments. She earned her nursing degree at the University of Miami in 2012. Most of her nursing experience involved extensive training and education with obstetrical and gynecological patients. Liana’s experience and skills include health promotion and disease prevention, cosmetic injectable treatments and other treatments aimed at improving facial volume loss and skin rejuvenation. She is the owner and founder of FIXX Wellness and aims to help boost her patient’s confidence while helping them look and feel their best.
Rachel Vallejo, MD
Rachel Vallejo, M.D., is a family medicine physician with additional training and expertise in aesthetic procedures. She also focuses on wellness and prevention to help patients prevent disease, decrease disability and maintain good health. She works out of our location twice a week, specializing in Botox and Dermal filler procedures.
Alexandra Seife, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Alexandra is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in cardiology and medical aesthetics. She earned her Masters in Nursing degree from the University of Miami in 2019 and has since then become experienced in numerous anti-aging procedures involving cosmetic injectables and lasers. She is dedicated to help her patients achieve a youthful and confident appearance while keeping wellness and safety at the core of her practice.
